Minuet on B A C
I put out a challenge to my Tik Tok listeners to choose any three random notes and I would compose a piece. This user chose the notes B A C. Was he trying to spell “B A C H”? I’m not sure, but in Germany they added a letter H to their musical alphabet for that purpose. This piece was fairly easy to compose because the letters fit neatly into they key of G. I harmonized the note B using the 3rd of a G Major chord, then used A minor to harmonize A and C. While holding the C note I changed the left hand harmony to D7.
